What We Do Not Accept
- Expired products (past printed expiration date)
- Products with tampered, cut, or missing lot numbers/barcodes
- Products that have been stored improperly (visible heat or water damage)
- Products on active FDA recall
- Opened sharps containers or used lancets
Common Questions About Acceptance
Opened boxes with full contents
We accept test strips in opened boxes if all individual units are present and unused. CGM and pump supplies must be factory sealed.
Damaged outer packaging
Minor cosmetic damage to the outer box is acceptable if the inner sealed packaging is intact. We assess at inspection and may adjust the payout.
Near-expiration items
Products close to their minimum expiration threshold may be accepted at a reduced rate. Products below the minimum are not accepted.
